Biking:  26 + miles scenic and fun. The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs from S. Wellfleet to Dennis. The Rail Trail can connect to The Cape Cod National Seashore Salt Pond Visitors Center bike trail which brings you to Coast Guard Beach (Rated in the top ten beaches nationally) and will also connect into Nickerson State Park where the park bike trail leads you through the woods and to the ponds of Nickerson.

Coast Guard Beach Ocean Beach - located off Route 6, at the Salt Pond Visitors Center. Follow Nauset Road and Doane Road to the beach. Coast Guard Beach is rated in the top ten beaches nationally. Lifeguard on duty.

Nauset Light Beach Ocean Beach - located off Route 6, turn onto Bracket Road and follow Cable Road to the Beach. Parking is available in the parking lot located at the beach. Lifeguard on duty.

Campground Beach Bayside Beach - Cape Cod Bay. Located off Massasoit Road off route 6 on Campground Beach Road. Parking on site. Lifeguard on duty.

Cooks Brook Beach Bayside Beach - Cape Cod Bay located in North Eastham. Parking available and lifeguard on duty.

First Encounter Beach Bayside Beach - Cape Cod Bay Located off Route 6. Follow signs. Parking available and lifeguard on duty.

Sunken Meadow Beach Bayside Beach - Cape Cod Bay Located off Massasoit Road close by Route 6. Parking available and lifeguard on duty.

Thumpertown Beach Bayside Beach - Cap Cod Bay located of Thumpertown Road off Herring Brook Road. Parking available and lifeguard on duty.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs from S. Wellfleet to Dennis.
